The staff was super helpful, providing beach towels upon request (what a treat!). I loved the bar area, it was perfect for a relaxing evening. Breakfast included many choices, so I was able to try something new each morning.

The location was excellent! it was central to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. They addressed all my needs. I had a wonderful view from my room. It overlooked the pool. the room had two separate sinks.

The location is near the Yumbo center. It is a short walk to many coffees and restaurants. The outdoor area was nice. The staff provided friendly service.
The air conditioning had a bright light in the sleeping area. This light stayed on and i could not turn it off. It was a bit distracting during the night.

I found my room quite clean and of a good size. The pool area was attractive. the location was advantageous. The helpfulness of the staff contributed positively to my experience, i must say. the availability of sunbeds and the presence of a jacuzzi further enhanced my stay. The super clean condition of the hotel impressed me, and the location was indeed excellent.
the pathways featured somewhat dangerous sharp drops, and the absence of room numbers on the walls was a slight inconvenience.

unfilled capsulesrushed cleaning
The coffee capsules were not refilled . A gym is advertised, but it barely deserves the name (it was disappointing). The rooms have a connecting door, and it can get noisy. Water from the shower did not drain properly. It flooded the bathroom. Cleaning was rushed and not thorough.
